so today i got new sunglasses, they have a camera built into the bridge. i am looking forward to using them, it should be a good time. i'll post picks and vids as i go. i also need to take pictures of the timpani covers that i made for the marching band. they turned out good, even if i do say so my self.

i found my new love. her name is Shanessa. a 2007 aero 50cc scooter. it was love at first ride. $250 and it's all mine. it is such a sweet ride.

i got to ride her home in the night, so we got to find out that my high beams don't work, and my break lights don't work, i have no speedometer, and no horn, but these are all cheap easy fixes.

the best thing was when, on the way home i was out by pioneer road, and when i got to porter park, i ran out of gas. so the way my lights are right now, everything shut off. no lights, no motor, nothin. so mom and dad went off to get a gas tank, and as soon as they left, a man across the street came over and gave me some gas. so i could now get lights, and get it started,but i forgot my phone on the couch. so there was no way to call them. i tried to use my ipod, but there wasn't any good connection to a network. so i waited until dad came back. other than that, it is a great little scooter.

update

well, i have been out of walmart for almost 2 months. since then i have been able to help my dad with several jobs, and got to do some things that i have been wanting to do for a while. i have been enjoying the time to do the things that i want to do.

well, so it is official, i only have 6 days left of working at walmart. there are times where i am a little sad, but the excitement of leaving, and not having to deal with so many stupid people out way that by so much, so that it makes my leaving so exciting. i will miss most of the people that i have worked with, and have shared good times with, but i live 5 mins away, so it's not like i won't see them ever again. every time i think about working with dad i just get excited, and true, it might not be as steady a pay check as it would be if i stayed at walmart, but i have been thinking that i need to cut back on my spending, and i need to focus on the spiritual things. there is so much that i need to do, and so many ways that i can help out in other areas that it just feels right.

well, i almost forgot about my blog...... so that's my excuse. well, a lot has happened since my last post and i am not going to try to catchup, i will just start over. so here is a tribute to my family. we were finally all together again during christmas, first time in many years.
