honda cb900c

so the name of my bike is now Calandra. it is greek for care free. i already have the pipes needed, and the turn signals. also on the way are the exhaust collars needed to keep the pipes attached to the engine block, as well as some other parts to keep it all up off the ground. also i get a new kickstand. the center kickstand is a pain to get it on, the bike weighs around 500 pounds! nice thing is that i know that i can lift it off it's side.....

so after a long time searching, i finally found the bike that i want. and so i got it. it was $300 and had a clean title. it is a honda cb900 custom. it is a fixer-uper, but it is awesome.

she is heavy, there is no side kick stand, so i had to out it up on it's main stand.

update on the scooter gang...... we have a name and logo!!

SCOOTERS!!!!!

ok, so since i decided to start going into automotive, i have since decided to open up my own shop. yup you heard right, i have decided to specialize in scooter repair. i have worked on mike's scooter, and have been able to fix it up so it will run, celeste's bike has been having problems that i have been able to work on. then dave from my auto class bought a scooter and so i have been able to help him. i love it, it is so much fun. i have also decided to fix up the yellow scooter and get it so that it can run, and then take it apart so i know how it works. that is my next adventure.

I GOT A NEW BED!! so the old futon i was sleeping on was falling apart, and so when celeste decided to get a new bed, dad and i went to put it all together for her, and i decided it was time for me to get a new one as well. so dad and i made one. it is a lot taller, and a lot more secure than the last one. and i love it. i got to put my wood burning skills back into use, and did the face work on the drawers. it took a long time, but it turned out nice.

so this was my futon

it was broken in several places, all along the center bar, all along the front bar, and sidebars. made for some uncomfortable sleeping some nights.

this is the new bed!, it also has a secret compartment along the back under the bed that goes the full length of the bed, so cool!
